Zeste Restaurant

Zeste comes from the French word zest. Pronounced /zɛst/.

For us, it’s more than a name. It’s an appetite for life, for good ingredients, for the table. Guided by choosing less, and choosing well.

We work with producers who know and respect their land. And use produce from our own farm. Each plate comes alive with the deliberate touch of Chef Sinan Karaahmet and his team.

The kitchen follows the seasons. It cooks with what is available. Simple, clear, and defined.

Flavors are direct. Plates are uncluttered. The spirit of the Aegean comes through, naturally.

Zeste lives within Güllü Konakları, shaped by its surroundings and the pace of life in Şirince. The kitchen works closely with the land, local producers, and our own farm, where vegetables, herbs, and ingredients are grown and brought directly to the table. This closeness guides how the menu is formed and how the kitchen approaches cooking.
