Set between pine trees and the shoreline, Club Mistral opens fully to the season. The pool, the sea, and the tables flow into one another, shaping long days that move easily from sun to shade.
At its center is a chef-led kitchen, guided by Chef Sinan Karaahmet and his team. The menu follows ingredients and timing rather than formality: fresh seafood, simply prepared meats, and seasonal plates. Flavors stay clean and Mediterranean, intended for warm weather and slow eating. Cold drinks, fresh cocktails, and easygoing wines carry the day from lunch into late afternoon, shaped by the selections of sommelier Osman Pekin.
As the day unfolds, music becomes part of the experience. DJ sets and live session performances accompany afternoons by the water and evenings that carry on without urgency. The space shifts gently from relaxed to social, led by sound, conversation, and shared tables.

Winter by the Water
As the days cool, the space turns inward. Club Mistral becomes Brasserie Mistral, overlooking the Gulf of Hisarönü in a calmer, more intimate mood.
Tables gather around the fireplace, while the sea remains in view beyond the glass, quieter now and closely observed. The atmosphere invites longer stays, slower pacing, and meals shaped around the table rather than the clock.
Dishes are crafted by chef Sinan Karaahmet and his team. Plates follow the season, leaning into depth and comfort while staying rooted in Aegean sensibility. Ingredients are carefully sourced, flavors grow richer, and technique becomes more pronounced. The menu is supported by a thoughtful wine selection curated by sommelier Osman Pekin with a strong focus on pairing.
Fridays and Saturdays are accompanied by live music. Sundays are reserved for long, relaxed brunches.
